Mads Eatz is a custom cake bakery based in Nashville, TN, specializing in all things celebration. From birthdays to weddings and everything in between, each cake is thoughtfully designed to feel entirely one-of-a-kind. My goal is to create a cake as unique as you, how fun!

Every cake is made with intention and high-quality ingredients, giving just as much care given to the inside as the outside, because there is nothing quite like a beautiful and tasty cake. Our menu rotates seasonally to highlight stand out ingredients and playful flavor combinations, while always offering a backbone of well-loved classics (peek at our menu for the current line-up).

My name is Mads (short for Madeline), and this bakery began as a side project while I was working full-time as a Registered Dietitian. Baking and cake design quickly became the perfect bridge between my love for creativity, food science, and community. There is nothing I love more than being your go-to cake girl for life’s big and small moments. I feel honored to be a part of the women-owned small business community in Nashville, and am so thankful for this bakery. What a joy it is to create for and collaborate with the coolest people around, including you! MWAH!

You can also find me or Mr. Eatz (my husband, MHB) at the Richland Park Farmers Market every Saturday, grabbing a fresh floral bouquet from McIntosh Farms, a growler of Maypop Sparkling Water, and whatever produce is currently popping.
